Hi, folks!

Somebody needs to remind me to make a real LJ entry this weekend. Life is good.

This was a long day. I moved almost all my stuff without the assistance of a car (including a small fridge!) from Andrews to Kate House. I started at 8 AM, took a break around 2 for a light sandwich, and found a guy with a car at about 7. I ate a larger sandwich from seattle's at 10.

I'm beat, and hungry. Tomorrow, I make kheema. It will be good.

This has been one hell of a week. It might be the best week I've had all year, despite finals. Let me see if I can remember all of it. This is going to be a long entry ( Read more... )

The nice lady at the natural foods store said that the Hocking Hills area in southern Ohio and the part of Ohio around Lake Erie are both beautiful places.

Goal for next year (or the summer): Visit those places, and bring good friends. :-)

All right. So I just did a third of my combinatorics exam. Now wtf am I supposed to do?

Fantastic jam tonight. We made a recording, with the help of the awesome sound engineer known as Jon Edwards. I feel like I'm on top of the world!

I saw a crow attack a squirrel today. He swooped down, cawed in the poor animal's face, and landed. The squirrel skedaddled, but didn't go far. I stopped and watched, and after 30 seconds or so, the squirrel charged the crow, who responded by jumping back and cawing. The crow complained a bit more, but that was to be the end of hostilities.
