We pass under the failing pedestrian bridge. Then we climb the Fremont for a view before descending into the heart of the city. A few turn signals, a few off-ramps and on-ramps ...

Today was filled with toomuchdriving. But damn, it's good to be home.

Well, this is embarassing.

I just spent about 2 days rewriting a script in C/C++ for speed.

Now the C version runs between 4 and 5 times *slower* than the equivalent perl code.

Something's up here.

I'm letting myself go.

Yesterday, I discovered I overcharged my credit card. Uh-oh.

Evan needs to stop screwing around and start to get his life in order.
