Finished off my first week off at the new job. The last two at the old job were much too quickly over. The last day consisted of going in and realizing my login had already been disabled. Badge still worked though. No work to be done by me. Some final goodbyes. Feeling undeserving of all the cake and goodies people brought in to bid me farewell.

Vegas weekend was a lot of fun and a lot of money as expected. Friday drive was a little trafficy, but not too bad. Saw the solar farm. Saw tumbleweeds on the highway. Cringed as sand blasted the new car. Remembered Barstow is always ridiculously windy. Arrive at hotel and do normal arrival stuff.
