Disneyland!
Well well, looks like I'm headed to Disneyland in a few hours. I have a friend that works there and she decided to invite a bunch of us to the park for the day. Last time I was there was in 2008. They're probably changing as much as they can to Star Wars theme. Super Bowl is also today, wonder how many people will be at the park.
Got the car washed yesterday. First time doing a real car wash. I've gone though a simple automated one before in a friends car. This was the whole, vacuum everything, big automated wash, and hand towel dry service with interior wipedown. Person vacuuming was probably happy there is literally no dirt on the inside of the car. Haha. It was just kinda dirty on the outside. I paid to get a grease stain out two weeks ago and returned a few hours later because the spot came back. The employee apologized and gave me a car wash to make up for it.
Got the plates this week. Not impressed with the number/letter combo. And that's why people get vanity plates. Also found a very small rock chip on the hood. New thing is driving me crazy. Can't have nice things, I just obsess over it too much.
Too many people are leaving at work. Last day friday for one guy, and two weeks more for another girl. Both have been here for 5 or nearly 5 years. Interview on friday for me in Pasadena. Really hope it turns out to be a good gig. I need something that doesn't screw with my sleep schedule so badly and offers a chance to move up. Will surely miss only having to work 3 days a week though. That is the best and the worst part of the current job.
