So today I applied for a *proper* job. By which I mean one that isn't in a shop. Shock and horror. I haven't had a job that wasn't in as shop for nearly five years. I have realised this by digging out my CV, which says so. Charter Consultant Architects, April-May 2004. Bah. I have managed to begin my application for a real job by taking three attempts to attach a CV to an email. Stupid open-office. Gah!

I wouldn't worry about it, the computers here ended up getting blamed for that :P

Pah! I recently applied for job (up in York, no less) and on the covering letter I misspelt "scientific". I was referring to "my scienctific A-levels". I did not get that job.

What's worse is that my uni careers centre checked it and missed the error.
