i've been working every day since my boss is gone. i'm about to fall over. 4 to 2am yesterday for barely $100. then joey took my keys this morning so i have no way to get anywhere. if someone could bring me to work i'd really appreciate it. in other news, i want to cry a lot lately, annnd thats about it.

Well I did it. no liquor, no xanax, 1 hour and 45 minutes at 37,000 feet sober. concentrating in my breathing is what did the trick. and michelle holding my hand and rubbing my back while i was curled into an odd upright fetal position. to reward myself at cruising altitude i bought a mini bottle of chardonnay and actually opened the window.
