Just watched the first episode of The L Word: Generation Q. Because of course it was a foregone conclusion that I would. I have a big love/hate relationship with the original show. A couple years ago, I apparently started a new tradition of marathoning James McAvoy movies around Thanksgiving and Christmas as I don’t really celebrate either much and end up having time at home to do things like watch movies. I’m sure this tradition will end eventually when I run out of things to watch, but this will not be that year.

Every year, I say I’m not doing NaNoWriMo, and every year I end up making a token effort anyway because I have enough friends who do it that it’s a good conversation piece.
