Apparently the calories we drink have increased significantly over the past 37 years.  Pop, juice, alcohol, we just all love our sugary beverages apparently.  They note in the article that calories from whole milk are down over the same time period.  I saw we rather liberally here, the study is American, but I imagine done here, we would see ( Read more... )

mjdaley went to Japan a couple of years ago and he told stories of these crazy coffee beverages in vending machines. This one is for kitcat75 in particular. It's preliminary, but worth keeping an eye on as I know you like the occasional cup of tea. I'd be interested if they follow this up to see if the type of tea makes a difference. It is noted in this article that green tea helps with the inflammation and pain of rheumatoid arthritis.
