For some reason I've been feeling really emotional the last couple of days. Especially nostalgic, and thinking a lot about friendships. Especially old friends that I don't see anymore. I've known Scott almost as long as Ben, and in fact met him through Ben. Lived in his house with Andy during the second run at college, and he and Andy still live in that house.
I can't remember exactly how long I've known Chaz. Probably high-school. Maybe as far back as grade school, but I'm kind of thinking not. Chaz lives in still another state.
Melissa is kind of a complicated history, because we grew up right next door to each other but didn't really meet until my second college stint. She's now married to the guy I met Ben and Donnie through, which makes things a little wierd. She still lives in the same state as Andy, Scott, and Donnie.
