Well, today is March 31st, I'm at work, and I have yet to go hiking this month. My much cherished 14-consecutive month hiking streak will end at midnight tonight.

This just looks great, I wanted to take a picture of it before I put it into the oven. I think lasagna tastes better re-heated after it rests for a day, kind of like baked beans or stew.
