Yesterday was a long day. And even longer for Scrappy - our last ewe to lamb. She started to lamb in the morning but by the afternoon still nothing had happened. Just as our garden was wondering if it was spring or summer ... along comes the snow and a couple of woolly mammoths. Well, woolly lambs anyway. Well, fencing time is upon us - not the pointy sword variety but the sharpened stakes and lots of work variety. Currently we're splitting our sheep field in two to make a ram enclosure.
