iv) "PEOPLE AUCTION.
Exactly what is sounds like. People volunteer (or blackmailed. Anything goes, really) to auction themselves off. The winning bidder gets to do whatever they want with them for a whole day. It's a lot more entertaining than some pussy bake stall.
Anyway, I'd bet a lot of people would love to buy the current principal's (no, not old man Jiraiya are kidding me?) time and services. ;)"

Suggestions i and ii are more fact than suggestion. There is no argument there, but they won't help alleviate the situation. Suggestion iii would be useless because we can't really wait too long till the debts are paid off. Not like the quality of his work will improve or decrease anyway.

I find suggestion 1v quite do-able though, and within our means. We should look into carrying this PEOPLE AUCTION as soon as possible.

Suggestion v sounds exceptionally appealing, and will be undertaken lest suggestion iv should fail.

I have one more suggestion, if you wouldn't mind considering it (since I believe you to be the most capable person to carry it out in this case):

SUGGESTION VI: Convince Senju Hashirama to give up a few of his many millions in family money. The gesture should save him some unnecessary taxes as well. That, and it should go a long way for his elections campaign. I heard his father is setting him up to become President.
