[ Indeed it is~ With Kakashi gone away on some exotic holiday and the rest of the school having returned from that abominable summer camp, Kakuzu has finally got the time to actually sit down and look into the school budget once more. And lo and behold, he discovers that Mr. Hatake has used far more than the allocated amount for the school trip, and he has also looted a good portion of the school budget and transferred the funds for his exotic romantic holiday :| Kakuzu's blood pressure has risen considerably at the moment, and he is in the process of resetting passwords and access to financial records and funds. ]
[ After hours of careful consideration, he has come up with a temporary plan to keep the institution running with the huge deficit, and he has emailed all staff - including the new Dean and Principal - about this. The email is as follows: ]
To: all staff members
It is with great regret that, owing to the misconduct of certain individuals within our institution, I have to inform you that the following few months will see a 1.5% decrease in your salaries in order to help cope with the huge deficit we are dealing with at the present. In order to alleviate our financial situation, I suggest that the school embarks on launching a fundraising event. School fees will also be increased by 3%.
