I cannot believe I have not journaled in over two years! There's been so many amazing, stressful, surprising, and wonderful things that have happened but if you know me in real life or have kept up with facebook its not all a mystery (I realize those of you reading this from facebook are thinking "Duh"). I'm doing a new opera called "El Canguro" in which I play a 22 yr old Mayan woman named Roo. Her father forces her into the sexual trafficing business so that she can "breed babies to sell." The show is based off a true adoption scandal that happened in Guatamala back in 2007. I love it cuz the music is very modern but also jazzy for an opera.

And yes I will be seeing you soon! And no you will be great! Btw I don't know if you got my e-mail but my sister is throwing me a bachelorette party on Wednesday the week of the wedding. It would be from 7:30pm till midnight. We're thinking Shabu Shabu and karaoke shenanigans. I would be happy if you could make it! ^_^

I did get your e-mail! And I don't *think* I can make it since I work until 5:00 that day. But maybe if I can trade shifts, I'll be able to make it. I also need to talk to Jean and see if we're still driving down together--if so, a lot depends on how our schedules line up.

I'm really unsure about how my life is going at this point. Job has been placing me oncall for the weekends. That's why I haven't RSVP'ed because I don't know what my schedule will be like that day.
