hello, okay so the last entry was about an apt I ended up NOT getting. basically the "agent" was sketchy and not putting anything in writing.

so after some adventures and twists, i happened to get this great offer. and i am getting it. Im reviewing the lease agreements, etc on Monday. i took a slipshod video of the place:
