 am reading The Dog Who Wouldn't Be, by Farley Mowat, to my 12 year old son. (we read to each other). I would like to recommend the book, which isn't really a 'children's' book, but more of a young adult book.  I would advise keeping a dictionary handy while reading, as there are many wonderful but less than common words in used in the telling of ( Read more... )

Hello all...I've been lurking and I liked what I have seen.  I have a question that maybe someone can help.  I'm currently a grad student in the LIS program.  My professor wants us to write a small review on a poor quality book.  Can someone suggest any....I am having a hard time finding one.
