I've gotten excellent sleep two nights in a row, and decent sleep much of the week before that. And swimming this week.

I'm afraid I can't be helpful on this, but this is one of the things that makes me sad about not being in Boston. I have less of a network for childcare exchange. (though with two the math gets harder, and I think I may need a nanny even if I stay home with them...)
