I've a really dumb question, as part of your post here raises the point in my head. Are you out at work?

*laugh* oh MY yes. I started there in mid September and was out by National Coming Out Day. When I filled out the "voluntary information" we-want-diversity HR form, I marked Caucasian and male and wrote "I'm gay, is that diverse?"
