Today I spent 10 hours babysitting 4 kids. Two boys who were really too old for a babysitter and two girls, one 5 and the other 7. They are actually my neighbors so I had told them that they had not seen me recently because I go to school in New York. This seemed to fascinate them. Later on, Rob calls. Don't you just love traditions? barnard has this wonderful one where the night before finals, sometime after about 1 am, the columbia marching band comes into the quad (directly outside my window) and begins to play the columbia fight song as loud as our little band can play. I am back in NYC but i think that maybe the atmosphere is different than before. After Thanksgiving is like the home-stretch. We are almost there. I am at Butler right now doing research. Well, at them moment I am talking a break from research. I am so sleepy but I am getting a lot done. I found a book that has tons on my topic and is leading me to tons of other sources so yay! So my day has been pretty fabulous so far. We got our mid terms back in psych. She put up a chart of the scores and stuff. The class did fairly well with an average of aobut 80%. No one got a 100 but one person did get 62 out of 65. Then she put all of the scores up based on id numbers. And when I saw mine I was not sure that it was correct but ( Read more... )

So I think I just got my exam schedule for finals and it is not looking all that great. My psych exam is from 9-12 on the very first day of finals and then my sociology one is on the SAME DAY from 1-4. And then my spanish final is the very NEXT DAY. At least i will be finished early.
