After spending most of the day relaxing and reading, Cedric's up and around, feeding Puff and talking quietly to him. Puff, for his part, looks very appreciative and eats the food with a quickness.

A day spent in bed didn't do much to abate the soreness felt when he moved. It wasn't unfamiliar; he'd actually had worse after Quidditch matches but that didn't stop the grimaces and the wincing when trying to do the most mundane of tasks ( Read more... )

His room is clean. Spotless. There are books on his desk, waiting to be opened and studied but Cedric doesn't really want to do that right now. Instead, he turns on his radio, attempting to find something similar to what he'd heard in Pop Culture class. He'd been up early this morning, still contemplating the empty space in his room and considering duct taping designs on his wall. Since he doesn't have duct tape, all he can do is imagine.

The ugly picture is lying face down on the floor with a bag over it.

With no workshops today, Cedric's taken to resting, staring at the bear, sleeping, and staring some more. He did manage to change bandages today which, to him, had been a rather major accomplishment since he felt like he'd just been sleeping since this weekend.

But, he's awake now. And he's staring at the bear again.

Jack's finally starting to tire after Cedric took him on a run of the dorms and a run outside the dorms. It's a good thing too as Cedric's going to fall over and collapse into sleep any moment.

Jack, however, is perfectly content to lay on top of his stretched out legs and enjoy both the bed and the person on the bed.
