So, the pigeon I rescued is going to be just fine. I checked on him this morning to find that he'd eaten most of the cereal we'd given him. Only thing is, he'd pooped in his water bowl. A couple of months ago I saved a chihuahua that had gotten out of his owners house. He growled at me every time I got near, and ran away so I armed myself with corned beef to see if that could coax him. No dice. I managed to kind of chase him towards the direction of his home. I found out last night that the charity shop I've been volunteering at for 10 years will be closing its doors for good at the end of November. That's a 10-year-long chapter of my life come to an end. My cousin's wife's nephew died yesterday. 4 years old :( I've never met the little angel, but I do know that he was a little fighter.
