I just got off the phone with my brother Paul who lives in Minneapolis. I called him just to make sure he was ok because he drives over that bridge all the time...

my dog and beer
My dog likes beer... not just any beer... he has a preference. He doesn't like what Dan drinks. I occasionally pic up a steel 211.. I know... ick.. it doesn't upset my stomach... anyway, he will jump up on me, lick my face, realize what I have been drinking and go to his dish and bark repeatedly. If, when we ask God for forgiveness, according to the Bible, He takes our sin and throws it as far as the east is from the west and remembers it no more... why then, according to the Catholic church, do we have to spend time in purgatory for those same sins? That seems a little like God going back on His word, and well, I don't think He does that ( Read more... ) -

I just discovered that my ex sister in law and my former nephews, whom I love very much and havent seen in seven years, are all on myspace. When my ex and I divorced, he told me not to contact my nephews, and being stupid, I listened. Now, the oldest is 19 and going into the Marines! I was at the checkout of a K-Mart. The clerk rang up $46.64 charge I gave her a fifty dollar bill.
She gave me back $46.64.
I gave it back to her and told her that she had made a mistake in MY favor and gave her the money back.

I live in one of the crappiest, lowest income apartment complexes in everett, mainly because it is the only place I can live with seven cats. We pay the lowest rent around.
