While I really do enjoy working at my second job, the time has come to leave....and surprisingly I feel like a huge burden is being lifted from me. I had a friend in from out of town, and things turned out to be unexpectedly delightful. Nothing untoward, but I'm a little more giggly than usual. :)

I have not yet experienced a true hurricane. The hurricanes that hit last year were only tropical force winds in my region.
