It seems as though the world likes to remind me that even I'm not immune to making mistakes. The last few days have been troubling, and I feel lost now that I'm apart from the Lifestream. It feels like there's nowhere I can turn to without making things worse, but despair never solved anything for the better

Third? That's...that's rather strange. And a bit disconcerting.

Pleased to meet you, Riku. Was there an Aerith in your world, or have you just been seeing her here? ...This is so strange talking about myself like this. Even if she is from a different world.

Ah... you live at Kadaj's too, Fraulein Aerith? I've been staying with him until I can find my own place!

Had been, yes. It seems Cloud doesn't approve of my staying with him. I think he's concerned for my safety. I need to have a talk with both Cloud and Kadaj, they've been having problems lately, and I need to see if I can work something out.

[Looks down at her hands]

I just hope it goes better than my last few attempts at talking things out with people...

Kadaj isn't so bad... he just wants some attention, and company. I don't mind doing that for a friend! And I bet he'd love having you around too!

Well, Konrad, he is sixteen. [looks hurt about something] ....He asked me to chose between him and Cloud, and I don't know what to say. How can I chose between the ones I love? I...I need to think, and his being upset only makes it harder for me. It's as if there's no way to come out of this situation without hurting everyone involved in some way.

I know, I just wish Cloud could see that. But with Kadaj and Cloud trying to kill each other whenever they get near each other, it makes things so much more difficult....

Zack, I'll be fine. Kadaj hasn't tried to attack me, I don't see why everyone's fussing about my being around him.

[Looks horrified at the cough]

When did you start getting sick?

Because he's a psycho who tried to kill my best friend?

I'm not sick, don't worry about it.

[Sighs] There's a lot more to it than that, and it doesn't help when all of you keep trying to pick fights with each other.

[Folds her arms, totally not believing you.]

Then you wouldn't be coughing and I wouldn't have a reason to. Have you done anything for it?

He's probably on the first level; it's harder to find people directly there.
