Almost sitting still
They're "relaxing" (ha ha ha) in our new (well, call it "newly remodeled") back yard, which is made possible by the fence my husband more or less built by himself last week. Roasting
Ugh, the summer has begun here, temps in the 80s-90s and wicked humidity. Our grass I worked so hard on is dying, I am sweaty and grouchy, Piper turns beet-red every time we step outside the door. It's been REALLY warm here lately, 65+ several days and 70+ on quite a few. Instead of enjoying the warm, sunny days, I wander around with my stomach in knots. I've been trying to take Piper berry-picking, but have had no success. I can't find a friggin' place to do it.
