The BBC Book List
Someone put this on Facebook and tagged me. It's interesting, so I thought I'd post it here, too. The BBC supposedly came up with the list, but I have quite a few problems, which I've listed at the end. ( Apparently the BBC reckons most people will have only read 6 of the 100 books here. ) -
Well, boo
Today has been full of unsatisfactory endings.
First, I catch up with all the Dr. Who episodes I've missed. I do not like the way they got rid of Donna. It doesn't really make sense and it isn't fair!! I think I liked Donna the best and she got the shaft! Dammit! And after she got so flippin' awesome!

And now I can never go to Birmingham
To sticklers, a missing or misplaced apostrophe can be a major offense.
You can't just get rid of apostrophes!! Don't give in! -
My one political post
I am incredibly excited about tomorrow. Whether you agree with his politics or not, the fact that America has elected a black man as president is an incredible step in the history of this nation.
I am looking forward with great anticipation to what these next four years will bring. -

A Christmas Post!
Tonight, on our way back from Old Town, guess who we saw?! Santa! On a Harley. With a lit Christmas tree, complete with snowmen ornaments, attached to the back. -

I can't be left alone
You guys, I'm a mess. I walk into walls in the house I've lived in for 20-some years. I get worried walking down stairs, especially when I'm tired, and have to hold the hand rail. Not to mention all those spectacular kitchen disasters I've mentioned.
