Today went pretty well even though it started off rather bumpy. I woke up at the right time and then went back to sleep and woke up right when I was meant to be at work. Since I drive to work it was fine and I finished all the things I needed to. I'll go back to America Reads next week to wrap some things up, but I'm pretty much done there

Most of the people I ship Will with are in Milliways, I've loved playing with the fact that he is young. Though at the moment, there isn't anyone in particular.
Little John or Doc Scurlock, true and real friendships that are built on trust and loyalty.
Hm, I'm not sure about this one. My Will is a mix of various Wills from Robin Hood fandom.
I wish Will had been given a canonical love interest, sometimes it happens but not always.

I ship Demeter with everyone, she's useful that way. I love the relationship she's created with Malcolm Crowe in Bar. In terms of her mythology, I don't ship her with anyone.
Teja or Hephaestus, because they both have a way of complementing Demeter's style of just going and doing.
Demeter's another one like Will where there are so many versions of her. I hate the ones that make her into the overprotective mother stereotype. Yes, that's part of her, she loves her daughter fiercely but that's not all she is. She's also a goddess of growing things.
I don't think there's anything I'd change about her canon since its so flexible anyway. Greek myth, choose your own canon.

If you can try and find a way to read or listen to Creature in the Case after the trilogy as its a wonderful post canon story that adds a lot to Nick. That's also in a collection of short stories of his called Across the Wall.
I know they're out on audio books as that's how the_croupier got through the Abhorsen Chronicles, so its worth checking out.

In Mixed Muses, I love his relationship with Maria, they just clicked, same with Thalia in Mixed Muses. I love taking these characters from other times when the idea of being a teenager didn't exist and giving them complicated love lives. I think they're good for them and I enjoy writing awkward teens.
I think Katya, she's somewhere between a mentor and a big sister. I just love their interactions and how they take care of each other.
I really don't know much about the fandom for Yuma so I don't know what opinion might be unpopular.
In terms of canon, I wish it was lighted better so I could get some good icons. Otherwise, its one of my favorite stand alone canons and modern Westerns.
