Had a great time up in Vancouver for the olympics. Far more fun than expected. We saw 7 curling games and 2 hockey games. I saw some if the most incredible rocks thrown and as an introduction to hockey,

Hey, great to hear from you! I miss my Captain updates! Glad to hear he is settling in, other than a few roommate spats. :p

I've been dealing with some health issues too, so I know how you feel (try 6+ months over 6 weeks, though!). I don't know much about asthma, but I understand it has some to do with just learning to listen to your body and finding the right level of exercise, etc.

Most of what I've heard about endrometrial ablations has been positive. The only sucky part is that they don't last forever!

Sorry there's been some roughness. I assume you've done a round of antibiotics for the cough?

Started the round of antibiotics in week two. No effect.

You're very lucky to have had the chance to check out the Olympics, not to mention the chance to go to Melbourne and attend Worldcon. I haven't done any of the above (not to mention seeing frozenpixie in Melbourne) in a very long time now. :/
