Do you guys have monthly safety meetings? And do you actually keep up with your reviews?

So today at work I met the new Senior Manager/Assistant Manager. She is pretty cool as a person but as a manager she is trying to change the store like that *snaps fingers* I know it is not going to get her anywhere in the store.
