HELP!
Okay I have a dilemma.
Let me give you a summary of the past first.
I have worked at CEC for 2 years at the same store. I loved my cast, loved being Team2 and LOVED being Bday Coordinator. Now, I was a "mini manager" at this store and they were going to promote me but gave it to someone else cuz of her age and because she was there before I was.
Now, I moved to a different state recently and decided to transfer to a different CEC. I hate it! Its not just the people, but the fact that I am not Team2 anymore or anything! I am a cast member...and it SUCKS. Also...their store is runned very crappy. When I walked into the kitchen I almost barfed. Nothing is up to standard and one of the first things that the GM said to me was "We dont have a team, we have employees". This was HUGE! I came from a store where we had this CLOSE and TIGHT KNIT team. I do not know what to do. I need advice SOON or I am going to go crazy.
I have always wanted to be a manager to see what its like, and I really do not want to leave CEC Entertianment...WHAT DO I DO!??!?!
