Tis the Season
It has been far too long since I have had more than one party to attend in a single weekend, and being as out of practice as I am today has turned into a potter around the house and nap kind of day.

Just a note to say that although I will not be competing, training in the competitive forms at Wushu tonight, as well as changing my focus to my abs made it the best class I have had in a year or so...
It's great to catch the dripping sweat, full body tired, stiffness in odd places, buzz again! -
Too many hours!
So, this Sunday I spent the day at the annual UFS (CCG) National Championship... What a freaking day.

So, what has been happening to this fellow?
Well, dancing has fallen to the wayside, and Wushu took a huge step backwards... but I am back into light training!
Thanks goodness... I was going crazy without my exercises!
