A few months ago our managers decided that they'd begin printing notes and posting them ALL OVER the restaurant. In all this time I've seen ONE that was appropriate - while the rest have been like this little jewel I found the other evening.

What do you think some of the writing on notes has consisted of? Em has been known to correct the grammar on them quite often.

But yeah, all of the notes are that bad (or worse) when it comes to spelling and grammar. Which makes it really, really hard to not scribble all over them in red pen.
I have a picture somewhere of a note posted saying that if anyone clocks in more than five minutes early, their time sheets will be adjusted to the time they were supposed to clock in. And while I guess I can see the problem -- not really, since it's not like people being paid $4/hour are trying to milk the clock, lulz -- it's sad when salaried managers don't understand that they could get in srs trouble for doing that.
Hahah, I actually snapped a picture of the note juuuuuusssst in case they start snipping off a few hours here and there. 'cos I wouldn't put it past them.
