When I have a Braxton-Hicks contraction, my belly gets hard like a basketball but sticks out SO FAR that I can balance a drink on it. It's pretty funny, I should take a pic. All I need is a straw and I have the PERFECT lazy person's tray :D

Wow, my labor buddy is off to get induced right now! She hasn't answered on why yet (although I know she's been on bed rest for pre-e), but that's crazy! I am getting tired of these Braxton Hicks contractions (as much as I love the cervial ripening process), they're kind of uncomfortable. When they're happening, it feels like my belly is a basketball.

In other news, I am making great progress on my business plan. I don't even know why I'm choosing to type moar than necessary...

I'm getting more and more lonely lately.

Sigh.

Sitting at home all day with no energy and an inability to concentrate on anything has the tendency to suck the life out of a person.

Allen suggested I call a friend. I asked him, "what would I have to talk about?" He told me I had a good point.

Sigh. I can't wait to move back to Seattle.

I'm 1cm dilated and 0% effaced. Sure, it doesn't really mean a lot (although Doc is guessing I'll make my due date), but it's good to know there is some progress.
