Okay....I've just been searching for hotels for my trip in late December.

Here are some websites of not too expensive Hotels in Recklinghausen.

Room is Zimmer, double room - Doppelzimmer. I'd always gor for Standard not Einfach (simple, could be the room has shared bathroom facilites, though it's rare in Germany). Rooms usually include breakfast. The first two look like something I'd try for myself

Well, there is an Autobahn connection Dortmund-Kassel and Kassel-Göttingen, but it looks like a 4-5 hours drive to me. I can ask my father who has a navigation system in his car to check for an approximate drive from Recklinghausen to Göttingen.

I really like your design (and the stethescope, doesn't look much like an ambulance, either. Um, but one thing.....paramedic is spelled wrong. (Unless of course, they spell it that way for a reason...) ;)

And I am very envious of your trip....I have a friend in Germany, who just had a baby in May, that I would love to go see!!! Any room in your luggage? *g*

You just saved me 10 points off my grade! *laughs* I usually do spellcheck too...*headdesk* Have you ever been asked to design something this odd before in school? *laughs* I am still struggling with my InDesign setup...and even though it would be an honor for them to choose my design, I sort of don't want them to as I'm sure my dimensions are wrong. *laughs*

I'll be packing light for the trip over, so you can snuggle into the big suitcase if you like *winks*

Oh great! We have lots to figure out yet so hopefully I'll have more time in the coming days to finalize our plans. I think we'll fly into Amsterdam just to visit one more country in Europe on this trip. *laughs* But I will sure need you to reserve a hotel for us. Everything I do find is in German only. *laughs*
