I had trouble getting to LJ last night, so this is what I would have written back then.

I got through the Evil Exam of 20C Chinese Lit. & Soc. I may not have written well, but I certainly wrote a lot - 29 pages. (I tend to double-space to give room for editing, and write large because my hand doesn't cramp so much, so it's not that impressive)

How are the various hairy and/or balding and hairball-coughing members of your household?

The tall one is near Ruapehu at a conference. The short one is presumably still at home being coddled by his mum. The hairless one is doing well, and strangely reluctant to wake me for snacks since I put him outside one chilly morn. He cuddles instead; it's great.

Last exam done with. I zipped through the short answers and bumbled around witht he essay questions. Not Topclass material, but what the hey, 'tis over.

Ned is coming to visit! Not too long from now!

I haven't actually been home for a week (been staying with Significant Other's parents, who are lovely) but will be heading back tomorrow morning, figuring that if I and the other party involved haven't cooled off by now, we're never going to.

I went to Ed's leaving drinks - he had a pleasing turnout and was looking excited about the trip.

Huzzah for the end of exams!
