I found a roommate and I never got the ceiling painted, the carpet cleaned or anything else fixed. While it won't put me in a great financial situation, it does mean I can mostly keep up. He is only going to be here for 3 to 6 months, but that's 3 to 6 months I can keep my house

There is a Music and Arts Center (www.musicarts.com) right in your backyard. I took lessons there for a few months and would definitely recommend them.
