I was supposed to fly out today.

But my flights all got cancelled. (Yes. All of them.)

So I just spent about six hours in line, only to find out that I'm not going anywhere until eight tomorrow morning.

So, if you haven't yet heard, Devin Grayson has a new DCU novel out, called Inheritance. I just finished it.

I had a few (very few) issues, but generally it was an awesome read.

(I have been deprived of internet access for a while now, so I am posting this just about everywhere.)

Before spoilers flood the internet, I am going to post a few Infinite Crisis #6 and Teen Titans OYL predictions. Spoilers for what has already been confirmed (even within the past two days or so) about OYL ahead.

(Keep in mind that I was utterly wrong when I tried to guess who the traitor in the Outsiders was.)

I just got more than a month's worth of comics.

I have not read all of them yet, but. BATMAN 650 was seriously the best ever.

Another member of the Titans OYL team has been revealed.

Unfortunately, I think that's a really horrible costume redesign. Just. What was Daniel thinking? (And this from the girl who really liked the Robin redesign right off the bat.)

And a year later, I'm *still* getting into fights about whether or not Tarantula was a Mary Sue. GRHSJDFKL PEOPLE ARE IDIOTS

Personally, I think that the reason so many people dislike her is because she is too pathetic - and I mean that in the gentlest way possible - to fit into the world of superheroes. Or perhaps, more specifically, DC ( Read more... )
