Another comics complaint...

I don't really understand this, and it's been bothering me for a while. "Brokeback Mountain" - the story by Anne Proulx - was first published, I believe, in 1997. That means it came out more than half a decade before the Rawhide MAX series everyone's talking about, right? (The Rawhide series came out in 2003.)

But hey, Hollywood ignores the AWESOME GENIUS of comic books, and comic books ignore that silly lit mag junk, it's all good. Right?
