Got an apartment just off the Astoria Blvd station. It's nice.

Made it safe and sound to Genesee County in just under 70 hours. The next week is setting up broker meetings, the week after that moving from Genesee County to Queens.

It's official: I've accepted a position in the Digital Media Distribution department at NBC Universal. Once the paperwork goes through, I'm putting my two weeks' in at GlobeCast and giving myself another two weeks to get me, my wife, and my worldly belongings to Queens ( Read more... )

So I get to work, grab my morning coffee, and sit down to my desk for a hard day of wishing I was anywhere else. As soon as I sit down I smell something. I did a little math and found out that last Monday was my 10,000th day of being alive. I really wish I would have known then. I would have at least had a little celebration.

Don't let this happen to you. If you are younger than 27 years and 145 days, make sure you remember your 10,000th day.
