I got my diploma in the mail today. Am fancy! and still unemployed. but now with many fancy letters after my name. everyone must now refer to me as Carrie MS, RD, LD (actually I haven't done the paperwork to be licensed in the state of AL. need to do that).

hey all, my friend Kristen just had a new baby (#2 this is the mom to my sweet Emma who I adore and used to watch). I'm bringing her  some food, but can't think of anything besides spaghetti. She is also not eating dairy. I can't think of anything that isn't spaghetti or just meat that doesn't have dairy.

I just wanted to use my awesome Betty white icon. I effing love Betty. I watched every episode of the Golden Girls with my grandma. I will always watch if I come across one. Matlock, too.

I'm going to print my thesis out and burn it at the end of this semester. Preferably while drinking large quantities of alcohol.

Praise the LORD!  I literally have no idea which ones I got wrong or right. Mine, randomly, had like a thousand calculations. It was weird. And very accounting based which was part good and part bad. The best thing was I was the only person taking any test, so I could full on crazy talk to myself. Which was awesome.

Did you know condensed milk (eagle's brand) is 42% sucrose? No wonder it is effing delicious.
