Genevieve has been plotting with her friends - and talking them into doing things. The best part was when Warren said he would make snacks, and she had thrown her arms around his neck and kissed him in impetuous gratitude. Part of her was hoping for a chance to dance with him, at one point or other - to make up for their false start at that

Genevieve is around - she's wearing a pretty dress in light peach and has a musseline shawl over her shoulders. She's... shifting on one foot and the other, to the music.

And of course, she would love to dance - but she can also enjoy a conversation.

Warren's washed up and changed now from working in the kitchen, and he comes up to put an arm around her waist and kiss the side of her head. "Hey. Nice job."

He's not exactly much of a dancer, unfortunately. Okay, he doesn't really know anything about it.

She leans a little into him. "Thank you. And you were wonderful, you know that?" She turns, just to look up at him, and smile.

"I'm so happy that it's happening."

"No problem. Glad I could help." He kisses her hair again, affectionately. "Did it all turn out like you wanted?"

Zhane is predictably predictable and wearing black dress pants and a grey shirt. He's hanging by the food - again, predictably - and piling up on the things Warren made, but also what Iggy brought.

He keeps on glancing at the door, though. He's got someone on the brain.

And here she is, in a pretty white dress (Oh, Wendla XD). Wendla's standing shyly at the entrance to the ballroom, looking around. She's got someone on her mind as well.

Zhane smiles and wanders over after he's wiped his hands. He -- really -- yeah. Hm.

He's uncharacteristically shy when he gets close enough.

"Hello?"

"Hello," she says, waving shyly at him.

Woo hoo! Here come a pair of twins - one of them visibly excited, the other a touch more reserved. They're wandering in the room and staring (quite a bit) at the disco ball.

"This Edain music is weird," one of them mutters.

"Yeah. Think Arianna will show up?" the other one asks.

"Think so. She likes this sort of stuff. What about you?"

"Oh, me? I'm just going to hang around. Hey, look - there's food..."

And that's how they split, one of them (Elured) is poking at the decorations in bemusement, the other (Elurin) is poking at a spring roll curiously.

And obviously, just tell me which one you want. ^^

Arianna does love these things. Arianna loves them a lot.

And will sneak up on Elured where he is poking at maybe some streamers? Or at least try to sneak up, and pounce on him with a gleeful little shout of "Elured!" And a mighty huge grin on her face.

Also wearing a dress. Pink. Because she can.

Whoa hi! And he's effectively pounced, and wrapping his arms around her. "Arianna!" Hm, have a kiss, because he can. "-- what on Arda -- what are you wearing?"

He's amused, but the pink is bemusing him a touch.

Kisses are glorious. And she giggles a little. "A dress, silly. It's the sort of thing you're supposed to wear at things like this. Functions."

And here's an Ilse, staring at the disco ball with wonder. She's moving a little to the music, however strange it may be to her--she thinks it's very bohemian, though, which of course means she likes it.

Not very far from her, a girl her age might look familiar. Delilah is nibbling at her lip and feeling a bit lost - she knows who she is, but why does her body feel so awkward? The worst part is the part where she feels, well... like she's a teen again.

But that's because she is. Meet teen Delilah, more tetchy and birdlike than you've ever seen her.

Ilse waves at teen!Delilah, recognizing her somewhat. "Hello!"

She smiles back, waves in response. "-- Hi---" She looks a bit nervous. "-- what is this?"

Natalie may be a year away from turning eighteen, but that still makes her a teenager, so. She's currently by the food table, nomming an egg roll delicately.

He /tried/ to stay away, to lurk in the shadows, to pick at some food here and there or to chat with other people.

But he can't stay away from here -- her presence, there where he can sense it -- is drawing him like a magnet.

"You're here," he says quietly, suddenly at her shoulder.

She turns to face him. "Oh, hey!"

"Funnily enough, I thought I was no longer a teen -- but somehow I seem to be here," he teases.

And without further ado, typist willing, he leans on to depose a quick kiss on Natalie's forehead.
