Alcuin loves horses (once was one, but that's an entirely different story from a long-ago crackplot). Needing a break from baking, he's gone to the stables to see if any of the horses there wouldn't mind a brushing. None of them are his, so he will be feeling a little nervous about it, but he's careful to do no harm and leave no trace of his presence other than the freshly brushed horses and neatly cleaned tack. A breathtaking young man with milk-white hair, he'll look up from polishing tack with a curious blush at Morgana's entry, afraid to be scolded for intruding here.

If one has to be an animal, a horse would be Morgana's preference.

And the pretty young man has not need to be concerned by Morgana. Attending to horses is a noble use of time.

"That is beautifully done," Morgana can't miss the polished tack. The work can be tricky, and someone not detail oriented often miss bits.

"Thank you." Alcuin smiles and bows his head in recognition of the praise, immediately set at ease by it. He continues working as they talk, needing to feel industrious. "I am Alcuin no Delaunay. I hope I'm not intruding in this place. I don't know whose horses these are."

"You are not intruding. No one truly owns these horses, though there are ones people favour."

She crosses her arms, amused. "And I cannot imagine anyone displeased with such care for the tack, horses included."
