After a couple weeks, Alcuin has begun to settle in. It is strange, how this place is different and alike the mansion he remembers, but his optimism cannot be stifled.

Right now, he's curled up on a couch in the library, listening to albums by the Beatles on an old record player per L's recommendation. He is very open to being bothered.

"This way," Alcuin smiled, taking Michael's hand and leading him back to his room, occasionally glancing back at him with shy smiles and blushes.

A note delivered in neat, elegant handwriting. He didn't know how to find Miz Deliverance, but he knows that notes have a way of finding their own way to their intended recipient.

Alcuin is wandering through the mansion, picnic basket over his arm, in search of Karal, humming softly to himself as he goes. "Karal?"

Both of them under Eros' enchantments, Alcuin leads Karal back to his room--an essentially Alcuin sort of room, fresh and clean, simple wooden furniture covered with fluffy white cushions, down comforter and pillows upon the bed. He shuts the door, cheeks flushed; shy and hesitant but made wanton by the nature of divine enchantments.

And I also wanted to do this for Alcuin, because I get a lot of questions about his characterization.

Alcuin's back from being a horse, and Sweeney had said they needed to talk, so he's going looking for Sweeney. He isn't feeling very amiable to Sweeney, which is unusual, and he isn't bearing gifts, which is even more unusual. His hair is swept back simply in a D'Angeline braid, and his clothes and hands clean of his usual traces of baking.

Thanks to this crackplot Alcuin is now a very pretty white horse with dark eyes, wandering around in some alarm about what to do with himself, how to get food, and who will take care of his horse and puppy. Feel free to come... er... talk to him. He'd love some friendly support.
