Ugh

Been distressed all day
And it's not straightforward either.

I threw up so so so so violently earlier

But after ten hours of discomfort it's a relief

I was feeling downright good for awhile there but now I feel sick again

I don't know a single one of my guy friends who would have stayed with their partner after [what you said/did]
