It completely took me by surprise. I'm thrilled, to say the least. I definitely hope that's an indicator that they're going to bring me on board permanently over there. <3

It sounds like you've become what I call the "Indispensable" aspect of the company you are working for. In short, you're too good for them to afford to let go. This is an AWESOME image to have for a working environment.

Keep it up Tiffy, looking forward as well to our Renaissance Faire trip too coming up!
