The guy you're looking for, his name's Dilandau. He's been connected to The Major's recent escapade and is guilty of the attempted murder of Lyra Silvertongue.

I can confirm for you that he isn't in the City, but my range isn't long enough to say whether he's moved on elsewhere or if he's been exPorted.

I don't know what we more we could do, sir. Things could have been worse, but I still wish we could have stopped it from happening at all. Um, sorry sir. That wasn't very helpful was it? I know what you mean, Seras. I've had to deal with this before. Back home, I saw thousands, tens of thousands of people die in attacks I couldn't prevent. In a way, I guess I should feel fortunate I haven't had to see that here.

But that doesn't change the fact that we are responsible for the safety of the people of this City, and that we have a duty to do everything in our power to protect them. So tell me, Seras, do you think we're doing everything we can?

We're always reacting, we're never kicking in their doors before they've hurt anyone. I...I know we're cops and we have to obey the law, but there has to be some way we can go after these bastards.
