Medical Info: Nothing special. Except for the part where she was dead for more than 24 hours. Oh, and touching Ned is dangerous to her health since she'll die and stay dead. Forever.
Physical traits: There's nothing really out of the ordinary about Chuck. She's fairly short and petite (though not as much as Olive!) and wears very bright, girly, retro clothing. Those with very sensitive noses might notice that she smells like honey and death; the latter apparently being reminiscent of a whiff of ozone.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Considering how unphased Chuck was about being brought back to life, I'm going to say almost everything is okay, aside from fourth-wall breaking. And actually, Chuck is very well-read and knowledgeable on a lot of subjects, so I may ask for help on that from players or Wikipedia from time to time!
Notes for the Psychics: Chuck has died before. This isn't something that she dwells on in a negative way, though it does happen on occasion. She has regrets, but she's doing her darndest to make the most of her second chance at life, and her brain is buzzing with things she wants to do and see that she never had the opportunity to experience before her death! Also, her aunts (who don't know that she's alive again) are incredibly important to her. She thinks about them a lot - if not all the time - and misses them terribly. Lastly, she's in love with Ned. Who she can't touch. Which sucks, but she's resigned to it, has learned to live with it, and thinks of it "more as an obstacle than a problem".
Abilities: Because she was cooped up at home with her aunts, Chuck spent most of her time reading "about people she could never be and adventures she could never have". She's been shown to be pretty knowledgeable on any number of subjects, apparently has a love for law, and can speak numerous languages (though her Mandarin is rusty).
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Please contact us about shapeshifting! And I'm going to say no to bodyswaps, just because Chuck's situation can be pretty... precarious in some ways. We'd prefer to have as few people know about her being "alive again" as possible, I think. As for the rest of it... I guess so? She's not one to just sit there and take it though.
Hugging/Kissing/Other non-violent physical contact: I'm not going to say no, but just be aware that Ned is likely going to rush in and make sad faces.
Maim/Murder/Death: LOL BEEN THERE DONE THAT. I mean... no. Because that would be super traumatizing for Ned, I think. Even with the Moogles around.
Cooking: Chuck is a really good cook! And has also been known to bake herbal mood-enhancers into pies for her aunts, but everyone else should be pretty safe from that!
