Murakami
Sometimes there comes an author who just sweeps you off your feet, takes you high high high up into the atmosphere and drops you to fend for yourself.

my favourites from the former, however, shall forever be A Wild Sheep Chase & it's sequel Dance Dance Dance...give them a a shot!! KFC colonel pimp is the best part along with the various minfucks and just general fucking LOL
i've been meaning to get my hands on his newest book 1Q84 but my $$$ keeps going to clothes/cosmetics instead hahahaha!!
