Tavros has a room that looks like this because he's not in a wheelchair and can keep it clean better now. :( Robolegs are awesome!!
He also sPEAKS, uM, lIKE THIS, which basically means he falters a lot and stumbles over his words and he talks in circles. His text is supposed to represent his own special accent.
Machika in my mind has a very mild accent, like someone from Seattle (or at least it sounds mild to my ears). Her room is fairly neat; while it isn't perfect, and there's clutter in some places, she takes very good care of her room (and her house, in canon) in general! There's rarely a mess because she cleans it up very quickly. That being said, she actually isn't in her room a whole lot because she's always out doing something. And she lives with Rain. :|a Unsure how clean anything is.
Leo has a ridiculously messy room. 8D Books on the bed, books on the floor, clothes piled in a corner, THINGS EVERYWHERE. HAVE FUN WITH THAT. There's a piano in there somewhere that's mostly taken care of and not covered in books. And a pile of blankets for kitty to sleep on. And I kind of assume he has a little bit of a French accent, since PHland strikes me as more French than English. But mostly his voice is squishy and adorable.
Kurt has a rather empty, clean room. He takes very good care of his things! He just doesn't have a lot of things.

Aradia speaks in a way that can only be conveyed like this. The colour indicates that she speaks exactly like how the lowest born peasants do, and her lack of a speech quirk is her own idiosyncracy on her accent. Her room is pretty much what a thirteen year old equivalent girl's room would look like if no-one ever told her to clean it up - it's messy and disorganised but it's clean. Just untidy.
Elliot's voice sounds like it does in the clip that Leo's player linked. I also assume that he speaks with a French accent of some description given that while there is that scene of Big Ben in one panel, all of the town names are French words. His room, unlike Leo's, is very tidy - it's clear that there's a teenaged boy that lives there, but Elliot apparently hates unclean and untidy things so he probably keeps his room clean at all times. There's a piano in the room somehow and there's a sword rack and bookshelves and his clothes are in a wardrobe. His kitten goes wherever she damn well pleases.
jun has a room that is mostly neat and tidy. it's one of the rooms in the SEES dorms, next door to kanji ahahaha. there is a bed, and a mirror, and lots of books he's collected. (lots of them are astrology or flower books, but some other things have found their way in there as well: a copy of the little prince, for instance.) there are always flowers on the windowsill and on the desk where his laptop sits and goes mostly unused. as soon as the flowers start wilting he tosses them out into the grass and cuts some new ones. other than that, it's a mostly plain room, because the idea of decorating means getting used to being here which...he doesn't really want to do. :I you might find some star charts scattered around that he's drawn since being in camp. perhaps he'll hang them up someday when they're finished and he gets tired of having plain walls

Maka is a huge neatfreak so her room is VERY CLEAN and VERY TIDY. Since she's had plenty of time to settle in by now I imagine it's very... roomy by now, rather than just some empty space. Also, books. Lots of books. Back home she probably keeps her bookshelf in the livingroom but right now it is in her room. But they are all neat and organized because neatfreak.
I don't think she has an accent, though. ... I don't even know if people in Nevada have accents. WHATEVER no accent here. Maka speaks normal American things.
