Annie has a British accent! Her room is extremely neat and tidy, and she's eventually just going to get rid of her bed and put in a giant chair with pillows everywhere. Because this is a thing that she does. SHE ALSO HAS TEDDY BEARS AND ONE OF THEM IS ELIJAH'S. 8||||
Kara has no accent! I don't think. She has a Kryptonian accent or whatever I don't know. LET'S GO WITH NO ACCENT. Her room is your basic teenage girl room. It might be slightly messy with stuff thrown around, but it'll probably take her like ten seconds to clean it so it doesn't really matter to her.
Toshiko also has a British accent because I only watch British TV shows apparently. Her room is pretty neat, and she probably doesn't spend much time in it anyway. There are probably random projects that she works on every now and then scattered around though.
Sofia has a Venezuelan accent, and she speaks very properly and seldom uses contractions. It's probably a pretty thick accent since she had only just recently learned English oops. Her room is also a typical teenage

Cindy has a room arranged to look as though it is inhabited by a shoe-maniac who likes clothes. It's mostly modern and neat. She can fake a number of other accents, but speaks like a New Yorker most of the time.
Tiffany keeps her room clean because it's someone else's ship and she doesn't have much on her anyway. There are library books and a few odds and ends lying around. She sounds like she's from Dorset or Cumbria (aka Earth analogs of Chalk country).
Guy is currently bunking in the newbie cabin and looking for housing--which means I must remember to go check the cabin list. He has a British accent because it's Richard Armitage playing a half-French and half-English dude.
Zima's cabin space is very spare, since he rarely sleeps in the bed and the only things he has are whatever he's been given for christmas and such. He doesn't really have an accent? He's one of only two persocoms in the series whose speech isn't printed in a different font so he doesn't even really sound very machine-like.
Rakushun's room is very neat; clothes put away, books and papers stacked on the desk, that sort of thing. He has a slight country accent - it's badly rendered in the english translation of the novels (they just gave up trying after the first), but he uses somewhat old-fashioned phrases and the like.
Caius is in the newbie cabin and he's probably somehow accumulated quite a lot of clothing already and put it in a neat pile somewhere. No accent!
Raimei's living space is a WAR ZONE. A complete mess. Probably a good thing she has a cabin mostly to herself. Her speech is LOUDER than necessary full of contractions and swear words.
Hitagi's living space is impeccably neat, but houses even more stationery for weapons than she carries on her person. It's scattered about the room, so in any given location within the room, there's at least three or four items hidden within arm's length or closer. Her speech is soft and seemingly polite, except for the not so veiled insults, and it's overloaded with innuendo, wordplay and pop culture references.
Sakura's room is also neat, though she does a fair deal of property damage at the dojo due to being prone to sleep fighting. So things are being constantly fixed. She speaks like an old samurai, but she sounds rather feminine, so people write it off as her being old-fashioned and polite.
Namie's room/lab is PRISTINE and has a security system that can only be opened by her (unless camp decides to be a dick). She's also got a bone saw

Jay shares a room with Santo so it's mostly a matter of how much mess he can keep from going everywhere. His own contribution is scraps of paper and feathers and various messy teenager things here and there, cry. Also, there's bunk beds because life is terrible. And while it's thankfully not written out in later appearances, he's from Kentucky so his accent is exactly this hilariouslythick.
Yogi has a room that's cluttered with various candy wrappers but otherwise it is rather neat and almost military in its organization. He has a vague European accent in my head movies.
